Damages and/or Missing Items
We take great care in wrapping your items with bubble wrap, peanuts and/or shipping paper, sturdy boxes and heavy shipping tape. In the event your order arrives damaged please let us know within 7 days of delivery. Send a clear photo(s) of the damaged item(s), with the shipping material used to prepare your order. We will file a claim with USPS which can take up to 10 days to hear back from them. USPS requires that you keep the item, with packaging until the claim is finalized.
In the event something is missing from your order you must also contact us within 7 days of delivery.
