Shipping & Returns
We cannot guarantee delivery dates; we only guarantee the day that we ship your order (and notify you should there be a delay for any reason at the earliest possible time). We have no control over weather related delays and/or holidays that can disrupt the delivery date.
We take great care in wrapping your items with bubble wrap, peanuts and/or shipping paper, sturdy boxes and heavy shipping tape.

An item may be returned within 14 days of delivery for refund of merchandise less original shipping and return shipping.
Items that cannot be returned for refund are items that are: Personalized, Custom items, Clearance, Final Sale, Last Call etc.
We are not responsible for the misspelling of names, messages, dates etc. that you provide to us. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the mistake was made on our end regarding how an item was personalized. We will happily replace the item at no cost to you.
Return request must be made within 7 days of the shipping date. Buyer must pay for returned shipping. Once item has been returned and inspected for resale we will issue a refund minus a 20% restocking fee and original shipping charges.
If an item is returned to us that is not authorized for return or refund, we will attempt to contact you up to 2 times. If we receive no response after 30 days, you forfeit your right to have the item returned to you.
We reserve the right to reject/refuse the refund for items that do not fit these qualifications. The customer will pay to have the items shipped back to them if items are sent to us outside of the time frame and/or not approved for return.
